IBPS SO Notification 2021 Out: The Institute of Banking Personnel (IBPS) has published the official notification for Specialist Officer Posts on 2/11/ 2021. The selection will be done through 3 stages – Prelims, Main Exam, and Interview round. The IBPS SO online application process will begin from  3/11/ 2021 and the last date to apply online for IBPS SO 2021 is 23/11/ 2021. The total no. of IBPS So   vacancy is 1828.  The IBPS SO Notification 2021 has been released on 02nd November 2021 on its official website @ibps.in. Through the IBPS SO 2021 Recruitment, candidates will be selected for the post of IT Officer, Agricultural Field Officer, Rajbhasha Adhikari, Law Officer, HR/ Personnel Officer, and Marketing Officer. The Prelims Exam will be held on 26th December 2021 while the Mains Exam will be held on 30th January 2022.

This year, IBPS has introduced 1828 Specialist Officers (SO) vacancies for IBPS SO 2021-22 exam. As this is the recruitment for Specialist Officer, therefore the vacancies released are not that high as other banking exams. Last year, the total number of vacancies was 647. Let’s have a look at the post-wise total number of vacancies for IBPS SO 2021-22.

NOTE:-Candidates must have attented the minimum of 20 years of age and a maximum of 30 years of age.A Candidate must have been born not eariler than 02.11.1991 and not later than 01.11.2001.

How to  Apply for IBPS SO Recruitment CRP SPL-XI for Vacancies of 2022-23

Step 1: Candidates are first required to go to the IBPS’s authorized website www.ibps.in and click on the home page to open the link “CRP-Specialist officer(CRP-SPL-XI)” to open the online application form.

Step 2: Candidates will have to click on “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION” to register their application by entering their basic information in the online application form. After that a provisional registration number and password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen.

Step 3: Candidate should note down the Provisional registration number and password. An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be sent. They can reopen the saved data using Provisional registration number and password and edit the particulars, if needed.

Step 4: Before applying online, candidates should scan their – photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm), signature, left thumb impression (If a candidate is not having left thumb, he/she may use his/ her right thumb.

Step 5: Keep the necessary details/documents ready to make Online Payment of the requisite application fee/ intimation charges.

Step 6: Candidates are required to upload their Photograph, Signature, Left Thumb Impression and A hand written declaration.

Step 7: Candidates are advised to carefully fill in the online application form themselves as no change in any of the data filled in the online application form will be possible/ entertained.

Step 8: Candidates should carefully fill in the details in the On-Line Application form at the appropriate places very carefully and click on the “COMPLETE REGISTRATION” button at the end of the On-Line Application format. Before pressing the “COMPLETE REGISTRATION” button

Step 9: The online application form is integrated with the payment gateway and the payment process can be completed by following the instructions.

Step 10: The payment can be made by using Debit Cards (RuPay/ Visa/ Master Card/ Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets by providing information as asked on the screen.

Step 11: After Final Submit, an additional page of the online application form is displayed wherein candidates may follow the instructions and fill in the requisite details.

Step 12: Candidates are required to take a printout of the e-receipt and online application form containing fee payment details. Please note that if the same cannot be generated then online transaction may not have been successful.

IBPS SO Recruitment Selection Process:-

The IBPS SO Recruitment process to select Specialist Officer through IBPS SO 2021 is done in three phases:

1. Online Preliminary Exam

2. Online Mains Exam

3. Interview Process

A candidate must qualify for both the preliminary exam and main exam to proceed to the interview round. The candidates selected after the interview round are given the appointment letter.

IBPS SO Exam Pattern:-

IBPS will be following the below-detailed exam pattern for shortlisting eligible candidates for IBPS SO 2021 Exam. The previous year, IBPS introduced separate sectional timing for each section in the preliminary exam. Let’s have a look at the revised IBPS SO Exam Pattern.

The preliminary exam will be a qualifying phase for the mains and candidates will have to meet the cut-offs of prelims to be eligible to appear for the Mains exam.

IBPS SO 2021 Prelims Exam Pattern: There are two patterns for IBPS SO prelims examination for different posts. There is a sectional cut-off and candidates have to clear all the sections in order to clear the preliminary exam of IBPS SO 2021.
